No. This is a monthly batch service based on the review text you supply, rather than live monitoring or instant replies.
Can you resolve a complaint for us?
The package can flag complaints and prepare a response using your approved contact channel. You handle refunds, investigations and dispute resolution.
Will every response sound identical?
Drafts address the supplied review while following your tone. You receive a queue to review and approve before anything is published.
When will I receive my package?
Our target is five business days after verified payment and complete inputs. Missing source material or unanswered questions may delay the start of work. Your private workspace shows package status.
Can I ask for changes?
